Your brain sends messages from your brain to your spinal cord and from your spinal cord to your nerves creating the nervous system,that tells you what is sharp soft smooth or rough.

WHAT KEEPS YOUR BRAIN HEALTHY?

Healthy brains need exciting puzzles and thinking games and yummy scrummy healthy food like oranges apples and bananas drink lots of water so you are not dehidrated keep your brain safe by wearing a helmet when riding to the shop on your bike or skates . make sure that you get lots of sleep to keep your brain healthy.
